JUSTIN GODDARD, MA, RP
Registered Psychotherapist & Clinical Director
Available Tuesday-Friday, and alternating Saturdays.
CURRENTLY ACCEPTING CLIENTS
Justin is a registered psychotherapist (RP) with experience working in community, hospital, and educational settings settings in the United States and Canada. His approach to therapy is straightforward, warm, non-judgmental, and exploratory. Justin borrows heavily from emotionally-focused (EFT), and dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT) treatment traditions, and he specializes in supporting clients with big emotions and self-harm behaviour. Justin also has experience treating anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), borderline personality disorder traits or diagnoses, and other mental health challenges.
Over the past decade Justin has supported hundreds of clients in making important life changes including increasing self-esteem, improving control over emotions and moods, and gaining a better understanding of themselves. When he first meets with you, one of his highest priorities is learning your story, including the parts that interfere with living the life you want for yourself. In the sessions that follow, Justin works with you to enhance your repertoire of coping skills while asking questions and making tentative observations to help you build your understanding of the problems that are keeping you stuck. Justin believes that by supporting you with a combination of practical, hands-on coping skills and by joining you in empathic curiosity about your inner experience, he can help you bring your life into closer alignment with the one you want.
Justin is a passionate learner. He completed his masters in counselling and guidance at University of Missouri - Kansas City in 2015 and he is currently working on his doctorate in counselling psychology (EdD) at University of Toronto - OISE.
Justin is a member in good standing of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).

DAVID HALLETT
Men’s Peer Support Worker
Available Monday through Wednesday.
CURRENTLY ACCEPTING CLIENTS
David enjoyed human kinetics and psychology coursework at the University of Ottawa, and keeps his life replete with growth and learning through presence-focused breath work practices, movement flow, writing meditations, musical exploration, and a daily nature ritual.
David has experience supporting men who have had trouble setting and keeping boundaries, men in the process of redefining relationships, and men facing powerful experiences of self doubt, shame and guilt. He is also a positive force in the lives of men who have been through significant life changes like betrayal and trauma, those who struggle with leaving old identities and labels in the past, and with those who battle with developing good habits that are aligned with fresh starts and forward momentum.
David invites you to discover that you deserve to be here, through all of your seasons of changing identities, shifting emotions, and living personalities. He reminds you that the most potent and nutritious healing practices with which to amplify the peace, levity, and harmony of your own life are to be found only within yourself. He'll remind you that we are all more alike than different, and that in fact, you have no weaknesses, only untrained strengths.
David asks, “Where to next?”
